Tasleet as a sire has made an exceptional start to his stallion career and should be competing for the honour of leading first season sire. He looks to have given his progeny a real touch of class highlighted by Bradsell running out an extremely impressive winner of the Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot after demolishing his rivals by 9 lengths on debut.
This Tasleet Colt breezed at the Guineas Breeze Up sale with another 210 specifically prepared horses. The 1st furlong was 11.13 seconds and the 2nd 10.75 seconds (15th rank), with the rider not asking for his effort until the 2nd furlong. He breezed 19th fastest in the whole sale, hitting the line hard with his gallop out the 8th quickest. With impressive stride data (18th rank at run out), and plenty of speed, he has all the physical attributes to take high order in his first season.
He goes into training with Daniel Mark Loughnane in Worcestershire. Mark has his own state of the art private training facility established in 2017. The facilities are stunning and he has everything required to bring out the best in horses. He is a trainer on the rise and we are looking forward to working with him.
