Description
We purchased this lovely looking son of Tasleet from the Tattersalls Guineas Breeze Up Sale. He is an unraced 2 year old out of a Pivotal Dam, Stresa who raced for John Gosden and had a career high rating of 91.
His sire Tasleet was a high class 2 year old winning the £150,000 DBS Premier Yearling Stakes at York before going onto better things as an older horse, impressively landing the Group 2 Duke of York Stakes, and being an unlucky 3 times Group 1 second in the Diamond Jubilee, Sprint Cup, and Champions Sprint Stakes. He was an extremely high class horse who in his first season as a sire looks like he has passed this onto his progeny.
Tasleet as a sire has made an exceptional start to his stallion career. He looks to have given his progeny a real touch of class highlighted by Bradsell running out an extremely impressive winner of the Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot after demolishing his rivals by 9 lengths on debut.
This Tasleet Colt breezed at the Guineas Breeze Up sale with another 210 specifically prepared horses. The 1st furlong was 11.13 seconds and the 2nd 10.75 seconds (15th rank), with the rider not asking for his effort until the 2nd furlong. He breezed 19th fastest in the whole sale, hitting the line hard with his gallop out the 8th quickest.
All Inclusive finished 4th on debut and we hope he can progress onto better things.
