Wonder Elzaam landed the Class 2 £40,000 Chelmsford City Cup yesterday in what provided Orbital Racing with our biggest win to date.
Wonder Elzaam put up an extremely game performance to make all the running and land a very nice prize for all his syndicate members. Trained by Stan Moore and ridden by John Egan, he has put up some extremely consistent performances in valuable races since returning from a successful stint in Bahrain.
His win caps off a brilliant few days for Orbital Racing syndicate members after Knockhill’s success at Sandown on Sunday, and Shawaag’s close 2nd at Lingfield on Wednesday. We hope this good run of form continues with Kessaar Power in the £100,000 Tattersalls Somerville Stakes at Newmarket Saturday.
